Travel Immunisations/Vaccinations

Patients will be required to complete a Travel Immunisation Questionnaire. Please request one from Reception. The completed forms will be reviewed by the Practice Nurse.

A charge will be made for certain immunisations and vaccinations that are not covered by the NHS. A list of these changes is held at Reception.

Private Services

Some of the services we offer are not provided by the NHS and there is therefore a charge for these e.g HGV Medicals, Holiday cancellation forms, Insurance medicals. The cost of these can vary, please check with the surgery for our up to date fees.

- Citizens Advice Bureau - Friday morning by appointment
