Requesting a Home Visit

It is appreciated if patients can come to the surgery if at all possible because home visits are for patients who are too ill or infirm to come into the surgery. Please telephone 583362 before 10.00am on the day of the visit. The receptionist will take your name, address and telephone number and the doctor may telephone you back during morning surgery. He will discuss your problems with you and visit if necessary.

If a patient has a temperature or rash, coming into the surgery will do no harm or endanger others, however, please inform the receptionist if this is the case, as appropriate action can be taken whilst attending the surgery.

It will not always be possible to see the doctor of your choice if you request a home visit.
