New patients

You are welcome to register with the Practice if you live within the Practice Areas.

Potential registrants should check that they live within the Practice boundaries. Kindly refer to the maps HERE.
 

Registering with the Practice

To register as a patient at the practice, please come to the surgery and speak to a receptionist. She will give you a form to complete for each person wanting to register. Complete the form(s) and hand it back to the receptionist. Your details will be entered on the computer and your notes requested from your old surgery. Getting your notes may take up to six weeks.

You can still make an appointment to see a doctor or nurse before your notes arrive.
