The right-hand tear-off section of your computerised prescription, which lists your medication, must be used when requesting a repeat prescription. This should be sent by post or placed in the box at reception any time during opening hours. If you enclose an SAE we can post the prescription back to you. Alternatively, you can use the prescription collection service by ticking the appropriate chemist's box on the slip. The prescription will then be collected by the chemist and you will be able to collect your medication from them.

In order to free telephone lines for more urgent calls and to improve efficiency for all our patients, we regret requests for repeat prescriptions cannot be taken over the telephone.

Each prescription takes two working days to be processed, so please don't let your medicine run out.
